Charles H. Rubenstein
Charles H. Rubenstein has been a resident of the State of Florida since 1970, he is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
As a sole practitioner, Mr. Rubenstein specializes in both civil and commercial litigation including personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, products liability, probate, family law and divorce. As a member of the Florida Justice Association, he has come to know many fine attorneys and has dedicated himself to the proper representation of his clients. In addition, he has also represented clients in denial of insurance coverage and breach of contract cases.
In his spare time he is an active member on the Board of Directors for Harmony Development Center
Education and Qualifications
Charles received his undergraduate and masters degrees from Temple University where he was awarded a BA and MA in Spanish. He later received his Juris Doctorate from The University of Miami School of Law in 1973.
Mr. Rubenstein was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1973 and the Federal District Court, Southern District of Florida in 1981. He is an active member of the Florida Justice Association and Broward County Bar Association. He has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator - Circuit, Civil, Family since 1991 and An Arbitrator for American Arbitration Association since 1990. Charles has also been the Chairperson for the Florida Bar Association Grievance Committee (1999-2000; 2005-2008; 2012-2014).
Previously Charles was an integral member of the 17th Circuit Fee Arbitration Committee, from July 2002 - June 2003.
