The Honorable Jack M. Coe
Jack Martin Coe has been a civil trial lawyer in South Florida for nearly 40 years, concentrating in complex commercial litigation, real property disputes, probate and divorce. He had the honor of serving as a Miami-Dade County Judge from 1988-1993. He is "AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell, a consulting author for LexisNexis, and editor of The LexisNexis Practice Guide: Florida Contract Litigation
Education and Qualifications
Mr. Coe received his Juris Doctorate degree from The University of Florida where he graduated with honors.
He received his BA degree from the University of Virginia and his MA degree from Brown University.
Jack also holds certificates from St. Catherine's Collage at Oxford University and the National Judicial College at the University of Nevada-Reno.
Mr. Coe has been a Florida Supreme Court certified Circuit Civil and Family mediator since 2002. He is also an active member of the AAA and Collins center mediation panels; The Florida Academy of Professional Mediators and the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals; a Florida Certified Arbitrator and a member of AAA and FINRA arbitration panels.
